We ask that each Archway family volunteers for at least two volunteer shifts. See Volunteer section below for more information.
Wristbands purchased the day of Faire will cost more and will not include a t-shirt with purchase.

Archway Chandler families, we are looking for local businesses to help sponsor our upcoming Medieval Faire! We are looking for business sponsorships to provide free shirts for our students as well as exciting attractions to our highly attended event, while offering visible marketing for their businesses to our fellow families.

Faire Pre-Purchases
Wristbands are required for children 2 & over, entry is free for adults.
Every wristband purchased for an Archway Chandler student will include a free t-shirt if purchased by October 7th at 8 PM. On November 18, scholars can wear their Faire shirts in lieu of their uniform polo.
Additional t-shirts can be pre-ordered separately until October 7th at 8PM. Wristband purchases can be made online until November 4th at 8PM.

Volunteers Needed
This Faire would not be possible without help from our school community! If you will be attending the Faire please sign up to volunteer for least two half-hour shifts. Please watch for an email from your classroom parent with more details on your class booth assignments.
Check our SignUp.com page for all volunteer opportunities to sign up to work at classroom booths or bounce houses, help with Friday night Faire staging/prep work, or to help with Faire set-up and clean-up.

Silent Auction
We are looking for donations from local businesses and also hoping to upcycle unloved items that can be repackaged into fun themed baskets. All money raised will be used to fund a variety of programs, including school community events, teacher appreciation and much more.
