Committee Description:

Participate in planning and organizing social events for Archway families to socialize. This includes coffee mornings, Back to School Social, and volunteer recruitment at Meet the Teacher Night, and PO Kickoff.  The committee would like to plan a major event every month, so please email the committee chair if you have any suggestions for events, or if you would like to be head organizer of any of the events.  This will also include planning or hosting Family Dinner Night Fundraisers.

Monthly Family Dinner Nights:

• Check the PO Calendar for Family Dinner nights where a percentage of your dining will be donated back to the school.

• August – Back to School Pool Party
• October – Movie Night on the Field Oct. 1st
• November- Medieval Faire- Nov. 19th
• January- Mother Son Kickball Tournament
• February- Daddy Daughter Dance- Feb. 4th
• May – End of Year Pool Party
